In addition to her professional practice, Marla is a tenured Associate Professor and Program Chair of Interior Design at Louisiana Tech University, where she has taught since 2013. Marla is recognized for her clarity, strategic intelligence, and ability to guide teams through complex design challenges. Her work bridges disciplines — architecture, branding, technology, and education — reflecting her belief that great design is both narrative and experiential.
